Homeground Coffee + Kitchen in Windermere.....

I was first taken here by my other half and I kicked up such a fuss as upon arrival,
 as it really didn't seem like my thing.

It's style, I felt is of the pretentious, hipster coffee house  for cool people.

 I oppose these kind of places as it's just a fad to me, a phase which certain types of people
 follow and join just to be like everyone else. I was wrong about this place though as it's actually
really really nice.

I tried the Japanese cherry green tea and my partner had the latte, we were both really pleased with our mid-afternoon drinks. I 100% changed my mind about this place after sulking for the first 20 mins upon arrival. The food looks amazing and although it's not my style It's growing on me. It's definitely our new regular weekend spot.

The food is of great quality and it was really enjoyable.

 









  




If you find yourself visiting the Lake District, Head to Homeground in the centre of Windermere, trust me it's worth a visit.
